Word of God Resounded in the Hearts of NYU Students
By YD Intl
New York -
On Feb. 8th, YD NYU started a new Bible study group focusing on the book of Genesis. Two new comers, Shiloh and Hannah, listened preciously in this banquet allowed by the Lord. The message was Image of God. However, more than the message itself, four sisters in the Lord’s family freely shared about their dream for the Kingdom of God, and how they wished to extend the first love that they received from God’s forgiven to more people who are still wandering in the world.
Shiloh is currently studying in Wagner school of NYU for Non-profit organization and going to intern in World Vision, NY. She was a youth pastor of a Presbyterian church, with a B.A degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has the passion for the people suffering in Africa, and praying that she would convey the message of helping those who are in need to New Yorkers. Hannah, as a nursing major, understood deeply about the difference between the eternal love of God, and the love among human beings. She testified that the word today was so touching and she truly wished to focus on more of the vertical love and learn how to love and forgive from the lord.
Yen-Yi and Hongmei were so encouraged and believed these two precious souls were prepared by God. Please pray for the mission of YD NYU and may God continuously pour down the blessing of love and increase the number of this Bible study group.
